The images sold and liscensed are to be used for New Zealand Based Websites only, and are liscensed for a five year period. In purchasing any of these images the buyer agrees that the imagery will only be used for their website use, the images will not be onsold, and that they will not be used for social media posts. They can be used in establishing the base for a social media page. The images are not intended, and should not be printed from. These images are sold on a non exclusive basis. This website contains content that is wide and varied and which is being added to all the time. There is also superb value involved in the pricing point of these images. Our branding is subtley repesented on each image, however the watermarks you see on the website will be removed on purchasing. If you have already favourited images your photographer will no longer be able to view them, and all associated information will be deleted.
Information used to process purchases cannot be deleted, as accounting records must be retained by law. However it will not be shared or used for any other purpose, and will be automatically deleted after seven years.
By deleting your registration you will not be deleting any images. Please contact the photographer if you wish for your personal images to be deleted.
